  Termite Control

  One of the most prevalent pests in our area is the termite. Termites in Florida live underground and love moist soil and wood. Damage is often not noticed until the problem is severe because they bore into the wood and stay there, causing problems from the inside. It may look just like water damage! Watch for buckling wood or bored holes at soil level outside the base of your building.

  Pest Control

  Small insects can sneak through tiny cracks and openings in your house or building. Being small and sneaky, they may go unnoticed until they grow or lay eggs and multiply. If you see dead bugs on window ledges, any tiny spots on the floor inside, cracks in the foundation that appear to house nests, small piles of dirt around the foundation, or anthills close to the house, check carefully for more insects and call us to make sure there isn’t a hidden nest.

  Mosquito Control

  Sick of indoor picnics because mosquitos wait until everyone is around the table to look for their own dinners? Search for standing water outside your house. They don’t need a lot of water to breed, so eliminating any places for them helps reduce the number of mosquitos in the yard. Cover pools, turn over buckets, and if they “bug” you anyway, call us to treat your yard.

  Rodent & Small Animal Control

  Rodents, think mice for example, are bigger than insects, but can still hide inside and make a huge mess. They aren’t too picky about where they leave their droppings, so finding them may be easier than you’d like. That is likely your first sign of rodents in the house. You may see gnawed holes in walls or hear scurrying noises in the walls or ceilings. Mice also make nests, so you might find one of them tucked away.
